Automatic date/time reset

Hi everyone,

I've got the code in MAICHK working that automatically resets the date and
time when it gets a "setdatetime" message. As a byproduct, it also now
gives an accurate date and time at the top of each incoming internet message.

One problem: Jim, can you doublecheck the clock on your sim? If my code is
working correctly, the sim clock is about an hour slow.

Note that if you say "HELLO" without a PPN and get the LOGIN header, the
date and time will be incorrect, since they're not reset until after you
log in and MAICHK is chained.
